An architectural studio designing better futures for living, community and workplace.

Since its establishment in 2015, Studio Perspektiv has been creating innovative solutions for office, residential, and community projects, with more than 35 collaborating architects from offices in Prague and Bratislava.

The proposals are primarily based on an understanding of client’s needs and professional management. In each design, we strive to achieve a symbiosis between the client's vision, respect for architecture, and design. Our approach combines timeless design, premium quality, sustainable materials, and smart technologies. This year, Perspektiv ranked among the TOP 100 Czech architectural studios selected by ARCHITECT + magazine.

A significant example of an office project is represented by the implementation of agile work environment for Fortuna Entertainment Group, which brought the studio the Special Mention in Interior Architecture category in German Design Award 2022. After the success with the coworking center Base4Work, for which they received the prestigious Best of Year Award - project honoree, the studio continued with the implementation of another coworking branch in the historic memorial of Jurkovič Heating Plant in Bratislava. Architects are currently preparing an international project of offices in DSTRCT.Berlin with an area of 13,000 m2.
