In the summer of 2019, the a new coworking space has opened on the Kiez. On five floors with an area of approx. 6,500 m2, 300 space-saving workplaces await you in this 24/7 accessible coworking space.
Equipments
You can rent a Flex or Fix Desk as well as a Private Office as a single or team office. In addition to offices, there are also meeting rooms for two to 20 people. You can also relax in stylish lounge areas or work out in a so-called WORKout zone, which is equipped with treadmills and ergometers. In the Towers Zone, fitness equipment and classes await you with a professional coach.

The team supports you with all your requests: from customer reception to postal acceptance and event planning.
Community
There's always something going on here. After work events, joint public viewing, tastings or workshops - this place is more than just a workplace. You can get to know other members at events or while working out together.

The five floors are designed according to different design worlds. There are several lounges, workshop spaces, event spaces, workout zones, a rooftop terrace overlooking the Reeperbahn and the harbor, and a rooftop café.

The WALTER KNOLL Apartment: Here you can work on a conference table and use a large corner sofa for the cozy part of the meeting.

The space is just a five-minute walk from the lively Spielbudenplatz. The Große Freiheit is only a few steps away and the Elbe River is within sight. Your lunch break at the Hamburg fish market is possible anytime.
Connection
The S-Bahn Reeperbahn stop is right outside. From here you have a direct connection to Hamburg Central Station, to the airport and to the city center (Jungfernstieg stop).
