This coworking space in Essen has offered offices, a large open space, meeting rooms and a cozy lounge area on approx. 600 square meters since September 2018. The space has grown to almost 800 square meters since May last year: An entire floor has been converted into a meeting space and you can rent it since August 2019.
There are a total of twelve offices here. You have the choice of renting a single office or sitting in an office with up to six of your colleagues. In the open space, you can book a fixed desk or a flex desk.
Penthouse floor
The modern meeting area covers a total area of 120 square meters, which is divided into several meeting rooms. If you need tables for your event, the space offers space for approx. 20 people. If you plan your event with more than 20 people, the space offers different seating without tables. The highlight of the penthouse floor: a roof terrace that surrounds the entire floor.

Community
The Coworking Space wants to create a network of freelancers and companies in the region and build a productive community. There is a concert series and changing exhibitions for mutual exchange.
Connection
The next stop "Martinstrasse" is only 100 meters away from the coworking space. From there, the tram goes directly to Essen Central Station. Unfortunately, the Space cannot offer parking spaces for your car but you can park in the vicinity in the side street for free or you can park your car in the "Girardethaus" and "Hotel Arosa" car parks. Bicycle parking spaces are also available in the underground car park.
Location
In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cafés, bars and restaurants on the Essen restaurant "Rü". An extensive lunch break or an after-work dinner is therefore nothing in the way.
