From here you have an optimal connection to the urban and supraregional network: The proximity to the Mittlerer Ring and the motorway connections as well as to the center of Munich. You also need only three minutes to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Karlsplatz (Stachus) and within two minutes you are at the subway station Sendlinger Tor. The in-house underground car park also offers parking spaces if you prefer to arrive with your own car.
About the space
If you rent a room here, you can design it individually. You can choose the size of your office, choose a wall color and choose suitable furniture as needed. The notice periods are flexible, you have a 24/7 access and can reduce or enlarge your rooms at any time.
You can use the conference rooms in the other cities for free if you have an office here. There are also spacious communal areas, kitchens, lounges, coffee places and regular events to keep networking alive.
