This center offers on a total area of 1064 m² 33 modern, bright offices with a size of 15 m². Depending on your needs, each office can be rented with a telephone and Internet connection for one hour, one day, several months or long term. The offices are ready for occupancy and they can be furnished as desired.
Offices
The "Flex Office" is the right solution for you if you need an office on a regular basis but just for a few hours or on a daily basis.
The flexibly rentable offices can be booked as a day office without contractual commitment by the hour or by day, as a flex office with a lease starting from a contingent of 16 hours per month or as a temporary office with flexible lease terms.
The day offices are optionally equipped with a desk, free Wi-Fi, telephone, meeting table and Flex office or temporary office with its own locker or mobile office container. As an option, you can also book a door sign for your office.
Equipment
The offices dispose technical equipment: The structured cabling, a server room, a telephone system and Internet via LAN or WLAN connection allow fast and uncomplicated work.
From electricity to working-day cleaning all incidental costs are included in the office rent, as well as the use of ancillary areas, the sanitary facilities, the modern tea kitchen, the Coffice as a break room and the reception area.
The foyer is equally suitable for breakout sessions and coffee breaks. For meetings or seminars there are fully equipped day offices, meeting rooms and conference rooms.
The friendly and bilingual team will look after you and provide you various secretarial services, such as telephone service, online scheduling, your office correspondence and much more.
Conference rooms
You will find small meeting rooms for up to three people, which can be booked by hour or by day. A small meeting room has a meeting table for three persons and W-LAN.
For your team meeting, presentation, or small-scale training, there is a meeting room for up to 8 people. This one is equipped with a meeting table in block form and optionally with additional communication technology.
In addition, there is a conference room for up to 14 people / in cinema seating for up to 25 people. The conference room is equipped with variably adjustable tables for 14 people as well as magnetic glass boards, a 75 inch LED display with click-share technology and more.
Location
The offices are located on the first floor of the Delta House, which is one of Wiesbaden's most representative buildings. The business center has an ideal location and is easily accessible. The very good connection to several motorways and the immediate proximity to the main station Wiesbaden allow a relaxed journey.
