In November 2018, the space opened in Cologne Ehrenfeld. Covering 360 square meters, four creative spaces and several coworking workspaces have been created.
Coworking
The space offers you a productive working environment, a large desk and the opportunity to interact with other coworkers. In total, there are three different coworking models, which are adapted to individual needs.
BASIC
The basic package gives you access to your workplace between 9am and 6pm. Your workplace is flexible. This gives you the opportunity to sit at a different desk every day. Your notice period is three months. A coffee flat is included and the common areas such as the lounge and the kitchen are always at your disposal.
BASIC +
The Basic + package also gives you access to your workplace between 9am and 6pm. With this model, you have a steady workplace and sit at the same desk every day. In addition to the same benefits as the Basic package, you can use a Creative Space for 2 hours a month and have your company address and PO box included.
PREMIUM
If you need 24/7 access to your workplace, the premium package is just what you need. With this model, you also have a permanent workplace and a three-month notice period. Here you even have four free hours for one of the Creative Spaces included and also your company address, a mailbox and a storage area are included in the package.
In the immediate vicinity you have a wide range of dining options. Directly across from the space you can find a Netto and only 500 meters away, there is the Ehrenfeld center with countless restaurants and cafes. If you do not enjoy eating out, the cozy kitchen offers you the ideal setting for a relaxing lunch break.
Meeting rooms
You can choose between four Creative Spaces for your next workshop or meeting.
The Grand Salon
With dark wood, Chesterfield seating and a bar, this meeting room has British charm and can accommodate up to 12 people. The Grand Salon is equipped with a high-quality writing board, LCD monitor, audio system and air conditioning. The view from the meeting room on the Cologne landmark - the Dom - could impress your guests.
Kreativbaustelle
This name says it all - with a construction fence, a workbench, a video projector and an audio system nothing stands in the way of the creative process. On 23 square meters, the ideas can be given free rein with up to 10 people.
Think Thank
You are looking for a classic meeting room? Then the Think Thank offers the ideal environment for you. You have whiteboards, an LCD monitor and also an audio system available. With up to 10 people you can have a pleasant meeting day in Think Thank.
Creative Kitchen
The space also leases the kitchen as a creative meeting room. Here can be cooked together with up to 12 people and the creativity is no limit.
Location
The coworking space cam easily reached by tram and bus, as the stops Weinsbergstraße / Gürtel or Oskar-Jäger-Straße are in the immediate vicinity. In the middle of the multi-cultural and hip Ehrenfeld district you will find bakeries, shops and the Venloer Straße with many cafes, restaurants and snack bars in the immediate vicinity.
