This space offers small offices for one or two people as well as two coworking areas. These are subdivided into the "communicative-creative-zone" and the "concentrated-working-zone". There are also two seminar rooms and a lounge that invites you to long breaks.
Coworking
You can choose between two co-working rates. If you only need a workplace for one or a few days, the on-demand rate is just right for you. This rate includes one coworking day per month and every other day is an additional day. If you need permanent workplace, you should go for the Coworking-flatrate. You can work as often as you like at a fixed price and have 24/7 access to your workspace. Additionally you can book a closet, a private desk and your postal address or business address.
Offices
The offices can accommodate 1 to 2 people. If you decide to rent an office, your business address, power, cleaning and high-speed Internet are included. The kitchen, plumbing, meeting room and lounge are shared with the other community members.
Conference rooms
You have two seminar rooms, which are designed for four to 25 people. You can rent these rooms per hour or all day. A projector, whiteboard and flipchart are ready for productive work. You also have the opportunity to book different drinks and if you want to book a caterer, the team will be happy to help.
Location
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for your lunch break. There are cafes nearby, a supermarket, various restaurants and the pedestrian zone is right outside.
Connection
The subway station "Stadtgarten" is just three minutes away from the location, and the subway station "Städtische Kliniken" is just a four-minute walk. 700 meters away is the U / S train station "Stadthaus." If you need a parking spot for your car, there are parking spaces in the underground car park (in limited numbers).
