The co-office is located on Spandauer Damm and opened its doors in April 2020. On the ground floor of the building, visitors can expect an inviting reception area that reflects the spaciousness of the premises. There is a lounge adjoining the reception area, which is ideal for coworking and networking.
Various meeting and conference spaces are also located on the ground floor. These can be rented for business events or agile event formats and offer an inspiring environment for participants. The freely accessible inner courtyard is suitable for additional inspiration and break-out sessions. In here you can not only work, you can also escape the hustle of the meeting during breaks. There is also a light-flooded work lab from which you have direct access to the outdoor terrace.
There are spacious office spaces and open spaces on the first and second floors, where you can work creatively and the feel-good atmosphere promotes communication and collaboration.
Location
The site is located in the west of Berlin in the Charlottenburg district. All other parts of the city can be reached easily via the nearby city motorway and the exhibition center is just a 15-minute drive away. Tegel Airport can be reached in around 10 minutes by car.
If you want to travel by local public transport, you can go to the "Westend" S-Bahn station, which is in the immediate vicinity of the Co-Office. There are also several bus routes that also stop not far from the location.
