The recently renovated center offers a modern office infrastructure with 40 rooms as well as office services of your choice on an area of 1200 m². Here you rent your private office or a workspace furnished including cleaning and technology, ready to move in and with flexible contract duration.
In total, the center offers 31 furnished private offices for 1 to 4 people, various workspaces, 5 meeting rooms for 2 to 22 people, a reception with waiting area and a lounge. The bistro-style kitchen has seating features, a hot drinks machine for freshly brewed specialty coffees, a cold drinks machine and a fridge and microwave.
Offices
The offices have exterior blinds and telephone connections, they are fully furnished and be cleaned. Upon request, height-adjustable tables and air conditioning units are provided. The Internet connection is by fiber. The private offices have between 13 and 30 square meters and each office ist suitable for 1 to 4 workplaces.
Workspace in the flex Office
The center also offers flexible workplaces in sharing offices for 1 to 2 persons for hourly or daily use. On request, a closable cupboard will be provided. Here you work undisturbed alone or with a colleague.
For the use of the workspace you agree on a monthly hourly quota. You choose from a timeframe of 30/60 or 90 hours a month. The hourly quota can be adjusted on a monthly basis so you really only pay as much as you actually used.
Meeting rooms
There are a total of six air-conditioned meeting rooms for up to 4, 6, 12 and 22 people (in rows of up to 30 people) for hours or days of use available. The small meeting rooms are ideally suited as meeting rooms and the conference rooms can be used as seminar rooms, training rooms or meeting rooms. In addition, all meeting rooms are equipped with modern technology.
You can pre-order drinks and pastries for your meetings, and you can also choose from several catering options: sandwiches or cold / hot buffet.
Location
The business center is located at the northern entrance road of Hanover. There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces available in the courtyard and optionally even parking spaces in the underground car park.
Connection
The light rail stops right in front of the house and leaves every 10 minutes to the city center in just 11 minutes. By car you are in 3 minutes on the highway, in 10 minutes at the airport and 12 minutes in the city center.
