From May 2019, you can find your new office in Schwedenstraße in a heritage-protected factory building.
This space offers workplaces, numerous meeting rooms and community areas on two renovated floors of more than 3,500 square meters. If required, individual workplaces, lockable office rooms or even separate office areas are available.
Equipment
With this provider you can fully concentrate on your business. The entire office organization is taken over and you can participate in community events such as yoga or bodyweight.
In the fully equipped kitchen you can always get fresh fruit, cereals or drinks. If you are hungry, the in-house canteen will provide you warm dishes until 3pm. In addition, you will find numerous supermarkets and food vendors in the immediate vicinity.
Rental is very flexible here. You can rent a single workstation or an entire office building and the duration is at least one month.
Connection
The office building is located in the northern center of Berlin, between Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. The location is directly at the Osloer Straße station and from here you can reach all important destinations in Berlin with the U8 and U9 subway lines. With the U8 you drive directly through the center of Berlin and you can stop at all important junctions such as Rosenthaler Platz, Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg's Kottbusser Tor and Hermannsplatz. Airports and train stations are also to easy reach.
