Crielaers & Company has developed a state of the art office design for Tribes. It is inspired by the tribes that the famous photographer Jimmy Nelson visited. Tribes is a new, mobile office network for likeminded professionals, the so called Business Nomads. The present-day Business Nomads are more like a tribe on its own. A group of like-minded professionals who want to work flexibly in an inspiring environment, and who can do it anywhere. Tribes will provide in the needs of this tribe and will function as a home base.
The extraordinary interior design concept makes a fundamental element of the brand Tribes to make working, meeting and staying an experience.
Crielaers & Company based the DNA of the design concept of Tribes on the values you will see in actual tribes. Like connected, authentic, timeless and inspiring, but also cosy.
Tribes has the purest coffee and healthy sandwiches, all available at the check-in counter. In the same style, authentic fabrics and materials such as leather, coco, wood and colours mixed with na-tural, earthly tones are used. With proud we alert to the eye catching Library providing open workspaces and Tribes tables where Business Nomads organize their meetings. The Tribe signature is visible throughout the building, evidencing this great concept.
The prominent eye catcher are the library with open workspace and the round Tribes Table where, like the tribes, meetings can be held. By consulting in a circle, you look at each other and have more contact, this creates connection. To strengthen the connection between the nomads there has been chosen for an open routing in the office design. There are various workplaces available such as day offices, co-working, small and large meeting rooms and conference rooms, there are concentration workplaces and open workplaces, a Tribes Table and an inspiring food and work lounge.
