The company Thiga, international consulting firm and Product Management’s pure-player, has called upon Factory to rethink entirely its new offices. Thiga is also the author of the book series 'Product Academy' and meet-ups promoter.
Welcoming and warm offices
The company Thiga wanted a user-friendly work environment which enables to gather many external people inside a privileged space, dedicated to events and meet-ups.
A complete intervention from A to Z
For its project, Thiga needed a full intervention. In the program of the project : floor and wall coverings (PVC, wall tiles), solid and glazed partitioning, electricity, plumbing, safety. Concerning the decoration, Factory took charge of paintings, lightings, plants, mirrors and furniture. The layout of the kitchen has been custom-made (appliances and benches). A canopy and a steel facade have also been set up in the offices.
A flexible workplace for Thiga’s employees
The spaces dedicated to work and events have been thought in order to make one unit, following the company’s DNA. Factory has created for Thiga a reception area with an accommodation capacity of a hundred people. It enables Thiga to organize more events. Mixing these activities inside an office was fundamental for the company, keeping a calm and serene framework for its employees.
Following this challenge, the notion of reception has been honored. A pleasant fitted kitchen with a bar-style completes the main area. A large colorful space dedicated to meet-ups is also used daily by the staff. Located in the right heart of Thiga’s offices, these spaces are a real living and sharing place. The collaborators can evolve freely, according to the flex office concept.
As regards to the offices, Thiga has asked Factory to implement training spaces which are favorable to calm, scalable and isolated from the noise. Thereby, the employees can work in a conductive to focusing place. Five meeting rooms dedicated to informal and formal meetings have been integrated to the space. Furthermore, the employees can now evolve inside 4 different open-spaces, for spacious and comfortable offices.
Truly flexible, the spot is over all welcoming and enables the employees to share an enjoyable space daily, meeting perfectly their needs and expectations.
