PWC Malaysia challenged the Steven Leach Group to use their current office, with an expanded 5-year headcount without increasing the overall workplace area. Working with PWC partners and staff, the Steven Leach Group design team first conducted a workplace analysis and formulated a strategy around PWC’s unique operations, which allowed for seasonal expansion and contraction of workplace needs through flexible accommodations, such as hot-desking, hoteling, and touchdown areas. When it came time to implement the strategy through design, the Steven Leach Group utilized the PWC corporate identity palette to create a simple but energetic office, providing PWC staff a fun yet utilitarian office.
