In spring 2021, the well-known toy manufacturer Schleich opened a second location in Munich in addition to its headquarters in Schwäbisch Gmünd. When choosing the new location and designing the new working environment, one goal was particularly important: to create an attractive workplace for existing and future employees.
Oliv Architekten succeded in this with their office design: the result is a modern and inspiring multi-space office, which was awarded the Top50 Best Workspaces Award 2022 in March this year. Together with Oliv Architekten, S+W optimized the furnishing concept and the product suggestions as furnishing partner.
Schleich is excited about the new working environment, says Victoria Sutch, Schleich’s Chief Transformation Officer. “We feel so comfortable in our new office, the working atmosphere in the multi space office is really pleasant. The home zones of the teams and the numerous communication islands invite the many new colleagues to exchange ideas – great!”
